Do you Deliver?

During our regular season, Emile's Candies offers UPS shipping for deliveries, usually shipping Ground UPS. Next Day & 2nd Day service also available.

Local, Same-Day Delivery is available via Trellus! Delivery service starting at $12 for the 1st 5 miles (Each additional mile $1.50) Serving all of Nassau County and selected areas of Suffolk County  (Payment in advance and minimum order $25.) CALL STORE FOR DETAILS

Do you have Curbside Service?

Yes! While WE ARE OPEN TO WALK-IN CUSTOMERS, we also offer Curbside Service. Please allow 24 hours to process your order during busy holiday weeks. You can let us know in Special Instructions on your order the day you would like to pick it up. Call when you arrive and we'll deliver Curbside.

Where are you Located?

We are located at 229 Merrick Road in Oceanside, New York and have been offering quality handmade chocolate since 1953.

Are your chocolates Nut-Free?

Allergen Notice: Candy & chocolate made in our Emile's kitchen are made on shared equipment. All chocolates and treats may contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts and peanuts.

Do you have Gluten-Free Chocolate?

Chocolate is naturally gluten-free since gluten is a substance present in cereal grains, especially wheat. Please note that we have specialty products with cookies, pretzels and crisps that contain gluten. In cases of severe allergy however, please use your discretion and abstain. If you need more information please contact the store.

Do you have Vegan Chocolates?

We do carry Solid premium 72% dark chocolate hearts, wrapped in two-sided burgundy Italian foil. Available in 1/2 lb. bags.

Do you have Kosher Chocolate?

We do carry foiled bagged items that are Kosher & Kosher-Dairy made with our production partners. Feel free to contact us with questions. If you are looking for holiday products please contact us for our selection which varies by season. 

Do you have sugar free chocolate?

Yes, we have a large selection of Sugar-Free chocolates and bark. Available in the Handpacked boxes or prepacked gift box.

Shipping

When will my package be shipped?

We will process your order within 24 hours of placing it and send it out as soon as possible. End of week orders may ship on Tuesday (or Monday when open) due to weather or destination. We may delay shipment to avoid your package sitting in a UPS warehouse over the weekend to ensure successful delivery.

Please contact the store if you have any questions regarding shipping.  If your chocolate sits in a metal mailbox/parcel box or in direct sunlight even for a short time, it will likely begin to melt. Make sure someone is home for delivery or perhaps use a work address.

Emile's Candies is not responsible for Inaccurate, incomplete or invalid shipping addresses provided. The aforementioned may delay order fulfillment and may incur additional charges. 

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship all of our packages via UPS. Please allow 24 hours to process your order.

We offer:

• UPS Ground (1-5 business days based on distance)
• UPS Second Day Air (2 business days) 
• UPS Next Day Air* (Next business day typically by 3pm)

*Please note that selecting Next Day only ensures the package will arrive sooner, not that UPS guarantees it arrive in proper condition.

• A typical package that ships UPS Ground at 2 lbs usually costs between $15-23 depending on distance and region.
• A typical package that ships UPS Second Day at 2 lbs usually costs between $26-32.
• A typical package that ships UPS Next Day at 2 lbs usually costs between $40-48. 

What is your policy regarding shipping to warmer climates?

All warm weather climates require additional ice pack and packaging, currently $4.00. Please select this option when shopping.Shipping to hot weather states or parts of (Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas and Nevada) requires Next Day Delivery. 

Note: During the Summer months (June-September), all states will be considered as hot weather states and will require 'warm weather shipping'; which may require an additional charge. EMILE'S CANDIES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MELTING.
